The Person Behind PAE Digital Agency
Good marketing has never been just about getting more people to see something.
It's about helping the right people understand it. Understand what you do. Understand why it matters. Understand why your offer is worth considering. And understand what they can do next.
I'm Eniola Adedigba, a Client Attraction and Digital Marketing Strategist and the founder of PAE Digital Agency.
I didn't start with a perfect business plan.
My own journey into marketing started while running a small fashion business. I was selling kiddies wear, kiddies shoes and ladies' bags.
And like many business owners, I quickly learned something. Having something to sell isn't enough. People have to find you. They have to understand what you're offering. They have to see a reason to choose it. And eventually, they have to decide to buy.
Marketing wasn't something I could treat as an afterthought. I had to learn it. That experience pushed me deeper into digital marketing and eventually into the work I do today.
I became interested in what happens between expertise and clients.
A coach can be genuinely good at what they do and still struggle to attract enough clients. Not because they don't know enough.
Sometimes people simply don't understand what makes their work different. Sometimes the offer isn't communicating its value clearly. Sometimes the content gets attention, but there isn't a clear next step. Sometimes all three are happening at once.
That's why I don't look at marketing as a collection of disconnected activities. I want to understand how the pieces work together. Positioning. Offer. Conversion Pathway.
What I believe about marketing.
Expertise needs to be understood.
Knowing your subject deeply doesn't automatically mean your audience understands its value.
A good offer still needs to be communicated well.
You can create something genuinely useful and still struggle to sell it if people don't understand why they should choose it.
Attention isn't the same as conversion.
Views, likes and followers tell you people noticed you. They don't tell you people understand your offer.
You don't need to do everything.
More marketing activity isn't always the answer. The better question is what actually needs attention right now.
My work sits between the big picture and the practical work.
I care about strategy. But I also care about whether the strategy can actually be used.
What should you be known for? Who are you trying to help? Is your positioning clear? Does your offer make sense to the person you're trying to reach? What happens when someone becomes interested? Where does that person go next?
These aren't separate marketing questions. They affect one another. That's how I approach the work.
What I bring to the work.
- Graduated with distinction twice.
- Worked in content marketing strategy.
- Facilitated digital marketing training.
- Continued developing my marketing knowledge through professional training.
And through that journey, I created The POWER UP Strategy, my framework for thinking about client attraction as a connected marketing system. I don't believe a list of qualifications should be the centre of a personal brand. But I do believe you should know who's behind the advice you're taking.
Why I created POWER UP Strategy.
I kept coming back to the same problem. Client attraction is rarely caused by one thing. You can have strong content and an unclear offer. You can have a good offer and weak positioning. You can have attention but no clear path for interested people to take the next step.
So I created a framework that allows me to look at those pieces together. POWER UP isn't meant to make marketing more complicated. It's there to help me ask better questions and see how the different parts of client attraction connect.

Because coaches sell something people can't always see immediately. Your expertise. Your experience. Your way of helping someone get from where they are to where they want to be. That makes communication incredibly important.
A potential client can't always evaluate your expertise before working with you. They often experience it first through your positioning, your content, your offer and the way you communicate your value.
What working with me looks like.
I don't start with, "What should we post?" I start with, "What's actually happening?"
We'll look at the business, the audience, the offer and the way you're currently marketing. Then we can identify what needs attention. The goal isn't to give you more things to do. It's to make sure the things you're doing have a reason.
If you're good at what you do but your marketing isn't reflecting that yet, let's talk.
You're probably not looking for another person to tell you to post consistently. You need someone who can help you see what's unclear, what's disconnected and what needs to happen next.
